UK SHIPPING

We offer two shipping options for our UK customers, Royal Mail Signed-For (£5) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (£7). Orders are expected to get to you within 3-5 days, although we'll do everything we can to deliver sooner.

REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING

We send all international deliveries via the International Royal Mail Tracked service, although we'll use our discretion if that service is not available to your country. All international deliveries should arrive within 5-10 business days, although this can increase due to customs checks, which are out of our control.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

DION DREYES is not responsible for any customs fees such as import duties and customs clearance, this is the responsibility of the customer. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, you'll be notified via email.

SALE OR SAMPLE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or sample items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges so long as your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the size of your exchange item is unavailable, you'll be contacting via email and alternative arrangements can be discussed.
